
They’re the first group to ever win the UK X Factor, and they hit the number one slot with their cover of Damien Rice’s ‘Cannonball’ last Christmas.
Now the title of their very first own single has been released – ‘Wings’.
We’re excitedly looking forward to hearing the song for the first time, but can’t really look too much into the name for what it might sound like – (or else we’d be a bit spookily clever).
Originally pencilled in for a May release, the song has been put back a little, possibly to ramp up anticipation, or probably more so to let Perrie Edwards gain some more publicity as Zayn Malik’s girlfriend 
Directioners, calm down…
Simon Cowell recently tweeted about hearing Little Mix’s single for the first time, saying: “I have just played the new @LittleMixOffic first single, it’s brilliant! These girls are really really good!”
Come on girls, get it released quick-sharp!
Little mix consist of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall.
They’ve been pitched as the ‘female One Direction’ though we’re yet to see if they can live up to those lofty expectations.
