If we had one wish it definitely would not be to be more like Simon Cowell.

But that is what X Factor US judge Demi Lovato has said.

Demi is of course the nice member of the panel, that tries to be nice to everyone even when they’re rubbish but she has said she wants to be more honest with the contestants, but just doesn’t have it in her, unlike Simon.

Demi told Heat magazine: “Whatever he has to say, it’s the honest truth. Sometimes I don’t agree with him, but most of the time he says what I’m wanting to say but, like, I just physically can’t because it’s so mean. He knows what he’s talking about, he knows that he’s doing and he’s gonna tell you straight up, whether you want to hear it or not.”

She added: “But then a percentage of my mind is gonna be like, ‘Well, he also said that this person was really talented’, so it’s the opinion of a guy who’s very smart and who knows what he’s going, but at the end of the day it’s an opinion.”

Yep and opinion is an opinion, but we don’t think we could cope with more than one Simon Cowell in the world, one is enough!

Coronation Street hottie Helen Flanagan has been left understandably terrified after she had a run-in with three armed men.

Last night, she tweeted about being home alone, which seemed to send out an invitation to armed robbers.

The men broke into the home that Helen shares with boyfriend Scott Sinclair, armed with a screwdriver and a saw.

The robbers got away with jewellery and a mobile phone. Helen was confronted during the incident but luckily wasn’t home.

Before the incident, Helen had revealed on Twitter that her boyfriend was away, saying: “Super tired today, which makes me emotional, sensitive and mental!

“Can’t wait to have my boyfriend home.”

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said they were treating the incident as an aggravated burglary.

He said: “We are investigating a burglary at a private address in Prestbury reported at 11.50pm on Monday 17 June,”

“Thieves broke into the detached property and stole items of jewellery and a mobile phone.

“The investigation into the incident is continuing. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police.”

And the moral of the story is… NEVER let slip on social media that you’re home alone!

We’re just glad that Helen is OK.

James Arthur’s winning X Factor track “Impossible” has been a huge success.

The track was released in December last year after James’s win on the X Factor UK. It immediatly hit the UK Singles Chart top spot.

After been knocked back to number two the following week, it climbed up a spot again where it remained for a further two weeks.

The song, originally sang by Shontelle, has sold over 1.3 million copies in the UK alone.

However, it’s also topped the charts in Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Greece, the Czech Republick and Slovakia.

It also charted well in Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland.

Even now, six months after it’s initial release, “Impossible” is still in the iTunes charts across the world.

It’s currently at number nine in France, number five in Luxembourg, number four in Greece, and number six in Spain.

James is expected to release his debut album later this year.

Frankie Sandford is probably our favourite member of The Saturdays.

We were deeply upset when we found out people had been making jokes about her weight.

Frankie announced last month that she was pregnant with her and fiance Wayne Bridge’s first child which is due towards the end of the year.

Of course during pregnancy her body will change, but we still think she looks stunning.

Apparently all the negative comments are getting her down.

A source told New magazine: “Frankie is totally devastated by how she feels people are picking on her,

“She’s already extremely emotional and hormonal experiencing her first pregnancy, so to feel that she is being judged all the time when she is just trying to do what is right for the baby is heartbreaking.”

The source continued: “She has been trying to put on a brave face in public, but behind the scenes she’s been suffering very tearful and emotional breakdowns.

“She just bursts into tears when she sees these nasty comments about her weight. She is becoming paranoid about her body.”

It’s not healthy for an expectant mother to become obsessed with losing weight during pregnancy as it could harm the baby.

We think whoever is saying these nasty things needs to take a step back!

It seems that Russell Brand didn’t have the guts to end it to her face, so he opted for the easy way out.

The pop hottie has revealed that she hasn’t spoken to Brand since he ended their marriage more than a year ago via text.

She told US Vogue: “He’s a very smart man, a magical man and I was in love with him when I married him.

“Let’s just say I haven’t heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011.”

Perry also admitted that there might be more than meets the eye about their break-up.

It seems that she might be holding back some information, ready to let loose one day and bite Brand back in the a**.

She revealed: “I felt a lot of responsibility for it ending, but then I found out the real truth, which I can’t necessarily disclose because I keep it locked in my safe for a rainy day.

“I let go and I was like, ‘This isn’t because of me; this is beyond me.’ So I have moved on from that.”

BLACK eyed peas star Will.I.Am has revealed he has never owned a house.

In fact he’s gone as far off the property ladder as to admit he sees his recording studio as his home.

The generous star has bought homes for several close family members and paid off their mortgages too. But he remains transient.

The singer, song writer and “The Voice” judge and mentor has never bought a house for himself.

He said: “I so don’t have a home.

“But I bought my mum, uncle, aunt and grandma their homes.

“And then what some people call my home is really my studio, where my other uncle lives.”

The star, 38, says he loves staying in hotels when he is travelling around the world performing. But he has said he would love to build a surreal dream home which would see him live in the ground!

He told Radio Times magazine: “Well, you pull up and say ‘So where’s the house?’ and I say ‘Right here, don’t you see it?’. And you say, ‘It’s a hill, dude.’

“Then you go out on a hill and out of it shoots an elevator, then you live in the ground and there’s little holes in the grass that brings light to the subterranean home.”

People don’t get much more famous than Cheryl Cole in the UK, but her presence across the pond is practically non-existent.

She has never released a single in the USA and her only real attempt at making it big was her stint as a judge at a few audition cities during the 2011 series of X Factor.

It has been 2 years since that public embarrassment and she still hasn’t made any inroads into the notoriously difficult US market.

Now, Cheryl has parted ways with her US management team and has given up on trying to make a career for herself.

She is also taking six months off after a busy 2012.

A source said:� “Cheryl had originally brought in a new and experienced team to help her with cracking America when news of her ‘X Factor USA’ signing broke,”

They continued:� “But it’s been two years since she was sacked and she no longer has plans or a desire to make it over there. She doesn’t have a US record deal and, despite the rumours, is not going to be moving over there.”

She will however stay close with Will.i.am, who steers her career in the UK and Europe.

The source said:� “They remain good friends and were out for dinner in London last week.”

As long as she keeps singing as a solo artist, I’m happy!

Yes one of pop’s biggest diva’s Rihanna has pulled a Bieber (as is now commonly known in the pop world) and turned up a whopping 2 and a half hours late for her gig in Birmingham.

As part of her ‘Diamonds’ world tour she is currently touring the UK and is making the most of being on British shores.

So who’s fault was it that Rihanna was late?

Not all Rihanna’s fault of course!

On Sunday night she was spotted out with British model Cara Delevingne. The pair were seen out in the posh London club Boujis until 3:15am!

Wow that’s some going!

It must have been some hangover to still be suffering the next day at 10pm.

While she has been in the UK, she hasn’t been doing the best to win over her fans after her performance in London was heavily criticised by the press.

The Evening Standard said: “As her penchant for casually singing over the top of her own records at shows suggests, Rihanna wasn’t the most vigorous performer, and she looked dead-eyed …Rihanna deserves a break and so do we.”

Hopefully she’ll get her act together for the rest of the tour.

Or maybe she’ll just blame Cara or alcohol for her substandard performances?

Saskwatch is an Australian band made up of nine members.

They spent their early career busking on the streets of Melbourne and performing in bar “Cherry”.

Their performances were eventually seen by more and more people, and last year they released their debut album “Leave It All Behind”, featuring popular single “Your Love”.

2012 also saw them perform at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and in London, as well as making appearances at two of Australia’s biggest music festivals – Meredith and Golden Plains.

Robbie Williams wants to be the sixth member of One Direction.

Robbie — ex-boy-band balladeer in the band Take That — says the guys in 1D are like family to him.

Robbie shares a bond with Zayn, Louis, Liam, Niall, n’ Harry, saying he knows the heartthrob and hitmaker life “all too well.”

“They are my brothers!” he told Event Magazine.

“I sang ‘She’s The One’ with them on The X Factor,” Robbie said, “so I’ve seen various stages of their growth.

“And I’ve been a member of One Direction, as it were,” he added. “So I like seeing how they’re doing.”

Robbie also revealed he’s “pretty envious” of one of the lads — in particular, the partying, skirt-chasing lad named Harry Styles!

“I’ve been following Harry and his messy romances,” Robbie admitted, “and being slightly envious!”

Robbie does wish the boys had a “calming influence,” like his former band had.

“It seems as though there’s no Jason Orange or Gary Barlow there, to tell them off and give them the — ironically — bit of direction!” he said. “It would seem that it’s a band of Robbies. It’s going to be fascinating to see their journey.”

And then he added one final detail, as grounds he should be the band’s sixth member:

“I’m in the One Direction bad tattoo club as well!” he laughed.
